Abstract

Refere-se o presente inscrito a um dispositivo eletroquímico ou apenas de carácter químico, para uso na proteção à integridade física ou à vida humana, e/ou patrimônio. Na versão de uso estrito e exclusivamente pessoal, o dispositivo é acoplado ao antebraço do usuário, por meio de dois semicilindros e dispara um produto químico dissuasor ao ou sobre o indivíduo, por meio da torção do pulso da pessoa que o usa. Possui trava de segurança antifurto e trava de segurança antidisparo acidental. Na versão para uso automotivo e/ou proteção de patrimônio, o dispositivo é acionado por meio de sistema de alarme convencional ou chaves ocultas.
