SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE TEMPERATURA DA ÁGUA EM EQUIPAMENTO DIGESTOR DE CANA-DE-AÇÚCAR, trata de um sistema composto por uma unidade (1) de controle de temperatura e distribuição da água proveniente tanto de uma central (2) de água fria quanto de uma central (3) de água quente destinada exclusivamente para o copo (4) do digestor (5), para tanto se valendo de várias saídas (9 e 10), entradas (7 e 11), válvulas (12 e 13) e controlador (15) de temperatura ligado a sensor (16) no copo (4) regulando assim o ciclo de água quente (Q) e fria (F) em dito copo (4).
