A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição para uso tópico na forma de espuma (ou mousse) com toque seco adequada para uso como bloqueador solar com excelente eficácia de ampla proteção UVA e UVB, fotoestabilidade e transparência sobre a pele. A presente invenção também se refere ao processo de produção da composição constituído de cinco etapas fundamentais: (1) preparo da fase aquosa; (II) preparo da fase oleosa, (III) mistura das fases aquosa e oleosa: (III) adição do fotoprotetor Metilneo Bis-Benzotriazolil Tetrametilbutilfenol: (IV) ajuste do pH e (V) envasamento da composição em recipiente de alumínio com a colocação do gás
