PROCESSO DE OBTENÇÃO DE MONOALQUILÉSTERES DE ÁCIDOS GRAXOS A PARTIR DE FONTES OLEAGINOSAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de obtenção de monoalquilésteres de ácidos graxos através de catálise heterogênea, utilizando uma mistura de triacilglicerídeos e monoálcoois na presença de um catalisador. Os catalisadores utilizados são de simples preparação e a reação de transesterificação ocorre em um sistema aberto em condições moderadas de temperatura.
