Abstract
MÉTODO PARA PROTEÇÃO CONTRA FOGO E MODIFICAÇÃO DE PROPRIEDADES DE POLIÉSTERES EXPANDIDOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um método fácil de aplicar, mas versátil, para modificar as propriedades de resistência física e química de produtos de poliéster expandido, tais como retardamento de chama e resistência à hidrólise, por modificação por fusão da(s) camada(s) de superfície de espumas e esponjas, à fabricação de tais produtos e ao uso de tais produtos.
