USO DE COMPOSTOS NUCLEOFÍLICOS DE CALCOGÊNIOS OU AMINOÁCIDOS COMO REAGENTES PARA REDUÇÃO OU ELIMINAÇÃO DE PATULINA EM BEBIDAS E PROCESSADOS ALIMENTARES DE FRUTAS. A presente invenção diz respeito a um método quimico de descontaminação de bebidas, ou processados de frutas contaminados por patulina por reação com compostos de calcogênios, aminoácidos ou derivados desses. São revelados procedimentos para eliminação ou redução do teor de patulina que incluem a adição de compostos organocalcogenetos ao produto, capazes de interagir com a micotoxina, formando uma nova substância atóxica.
