A Presente Patente de Invenção diz respeito a um Sistema de Composição de Liberação Controlada por Pesticidas que contenham Deltametrina, Propoxur e Repelente de Insetos, para o controle de pulgas e carrapatos, repelir e controlar os vetores flebotomíneos, controlar os vetores leishmaniose e os mosquitos, vetores da dirofilariose e agir como pesticidas no sistema. O Sistema pode ser produzido como um polímero sólido para a liberação do ingrediente ativo que compreende um polímero de vinil, um plastificante líquido, um ingrediente ativo para o controle de pragas. A presente patente de invenção inclui não só a combinação da nova droga como também completa a liberação dos ingredientes ativos.
