Esta invenção pertence a um produto de padaria livre de glúten que compreende um componente de farinha/amido compreendendo uma farinha tratada por umidade e calor. Tais produtos de padaria imitam mais proximamente a farinha de trigo convencional contendo produtos do que outros produtos livres de glúten.
