Abstract
POLISSACARÍDEOS TERMICAMENTE INIBIDOS E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAÇÃO. A presente invenção é dirigida a um processo para fazer um polissacarídeo termicamente inibido por desidratação de um polissacarídeo até condições anidras ou substancialmente anidras e inibição termicamente do polissacarídeo anidro ou substancialmente anidro em uma temperatura de 100 C ou maior por um tempo suficiente para inibir o polissacarídeo em uma concentração enriquecida com oxigênio de pelo menos 6,5 mols/m^ 3^.
