Abstract
AÃO E ENGATE PRODUZIDO A PARTIR DO MESMO.A presente invenção refere-se a um tipo de aço e um engate produzido a partir do mesmo, compreendendo as seguintes composições em percentuais em peso: carbono: 0,24-0,32%, silÃcio: 0,20-0,50%, manganês: 1,30-1,70%, fósforo: igual ou inferior a 0,02%, enxofre: igual ou inferior a 0,02%, cobre: igual ou inferior a 0,30%, cromo: 0,50-0,80%, nÃquel: 0,40-0,70%, molibdênio: 0,25-0,45%, alumÃnio: 0,02-0,08%, e os resÃduos são ferro e outros elementos inevitáveis. O aço da presente invenção oferece como vantagem uma resistência elevada e excelente dureza e, portante, suas propriedades mecânicas são superiores à s do padrão de aço de grau E convencional.
