Abstract
PEPTÍDIOS DERIVADOS DE FVIII.A presente invenção provê peptídeos pelo menos parcialmente deriváveis de FVIII que são capazes de se ligar a uma molécula MHC classe II sem processamento adicional de antígeno e sendo reconhecido por uma célula T específica de fator VIII. Em particular, a presente invenção provê um peptídeo compreendendo ou consistindo na sequência EDNIMVTFRNQASR. A presente invenção também se refere ao uso de tal peptídeo para a prevenção ou supressão de formação de anticorpo inibidor em hemofilia A e/ou hemofilia adquirida.
