Abstract
SISTEMA DE TRATAMENTO DE LEITE. A presente invenção é direcionada a um sistema e método para a pasteurização do leite e do colostro destinado a alimentação de bezerros. O sistema inclui um tonel para a estocagem do leite ou do colostro, contendo uma bomba de circulação e sistema de tubulação, e um trocador de calor para ajuste e/ou a manutenção da temperatura do leite, e com uma unidade de luz ultra-violeta para a pasteurização ("reator UV") que procede ao tratamento do leite sem prejudicar as imunoglobulinas de importância.
