Abstract
SUSPENSÃES OFTÃLMICAS PARA TRATAR NEOVASCULARIZAÃÃO OCULAR E PARA INJEÃÃO INTRAVÃTREA E jUSTAESCLERAL POSTERIOR OU PERIOCULAR PARA TRATAMENTO DE DISTÃRBIOS ASSOCIADOS COM NEOVASCULARIZAÃÃO E SEU USO. A presente invenção refere-se a composições farmacêuticas eficazes na forma de suspensões intraoculares compreendendo um composto antiangiogênico em uma quantidade terapeuticamente eficaz e um polietileno glicol tendo um peso molecular de pelo menos 2000, preferivelmente pelo menos 3000. As composições são preferivelmente para o tratamento de distúrbios oculares, tais como retinopatia diabética, degeneração macular relacionada à idade, edema macular, uveite e atrofia geográfica.
