Abstract

APARATO E PROCESSO DE REPARO DE SUPERFÍCIES DE PÁS DE TURBINAS HIDRÁULICAS. A presente invenção se refere ao processo de reparo de pás e de votores de turbinas hidráulicas utilizando um sistema de visão tridimensional baseado em projeção de planos de luz a laser por varredura que acoplado ao braço manipulador mapeia a superfície tridimensional do perfil da pá, identifica defeitos, define as trajetórias de soldagem em camadas e orienta o braço robótico de acordo com a geometria da superfície do defeito fazendo esse braço soldar automaticamente essas superfícies defeituosas.
