Sendo que o processo em questão prevê a aplicação de um revestimento antiderrapante (20) à superfície externa de um instrumento de escrita manual, tal como um lápis (L) , dito revestimento antiderrapante (20) é obtido pela aplicação e incorporação à superfície externa do instrumento de escrita manual de uma disposição de filamentos (17) produzidos em material de origem plástica, ditos filamentos (17) podem ser dispostos de forma helicoidal, paralela, ou outra que se mostre adequada.
