Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO DE CONCRETO DE BAIXA DENSIDADE PARA ZONA DE ESCAPE PARA PISTAS DE VEíCULOS AUTOMOTI VOS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma formulação de concreto de baixa densidade à base de perlita expandida com aplicação na zona de escape em pistas de veículos automotivos, mais particularmente em pistas aeroportuárias ou autódromos. O concreto perlítico consiste em cerca de: 18,60% a 22,03% de cimento, 18,20% a 23,01% de perlita expandida, 7,20% a 8,40% de agregados leves, 0,85% a 1,20% de aditivo introdutor de ar, 4,00% a 4,20% de um composto selecionado dentre hidróxido de cálcio, silicato de cálcio (C-S-H) ou cloreto de cálcio, 30,00% a 45,00% de areia e de 13,00% a 15,30% de água, fornecendo uma eficiente frenagem de veículos automotivos. A utilização do concreto permite a redução de até 2/3 da área de escape.
