Abstract
PROCESSO PARA O PRÉ-TRATAMENTO TERMOMECANICO DE BIOMASSA E COMBINADOR DE PRÉ-TRATAMENTO DE BIOMASSA Trata-se de um processo ambientalmente amigável para o pré- tratamento termomecânico de biomassa que envolve a seqúência de pré-tratamento de reação térmica, seguida pelo polimento mecânico. A reação térmica envolve o transporte da biomassa através de um reator térmico pressurizado, seguido pela explosão de vapor, e, então, um combinador com múltiplas zonas que decompõe fisicamente a biomassa para produzir de forma eficaz e eficiente a biomassa que está em condição ótima para a hidrólise enzimática e conversão em etanol.
