O dito dispositivo é constittuído por suporte (01), dotado de braçantes paralelos com abertura posterior (02) e semieixo (03), além de orificios cilíndricos (04), introduzidos por extremidades de barra arconal (05) que tem no centro, gancho sustentando vareta de elo gaia (06), a. qual tem barra tubular transversal e, orifícios cilindricos (07), por extremidades de barra garfal (08) qrue é introduzida em barra tubular balançal (09), dotada de barras paralelas (10) inclinas para trás.
