PONTEIRA DE FONE DE OUVIDO, MATERIAL DE ESPUMA, E, MÉTODO PARA FORMAR A ESPUMAUma ponteira de fone de ouvido melhorada pode resultar da distribuição de PTFE através de uma espuma de recuperação lenta. Tal ponteira de fone de ouvido pode ter uma estrutura de célula mais fina, mais uniforme, que ajuda na inserção dentro de um canal auricular de usuário. Ela também pode ter uma pele mais lisa, com um coeficiente de atrito cinético mais baixo, e pode fornecer atenuação de som melhorada.
