PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE BLOCOS PARA PRANCHAS DE SURF UTILIZADO MADEIRA DE AGAVE. Tratou a presente solicitação de pedido de patente de invenção, a um novo processo para fabricação de blocos de madeira de agave, que será utilizado para substituir as espumas de poliuretano, e outros materiais, comumente utilizado na fabricação de objetos manufaturado ou industrializados. O processo inicia desde a colheita (2), do caule bruto do pendão floral em forma de tora (3), até a sua secagem (4) e retirada em cortes laterais da casca (6) passando para o corte (10), formando uma camada de toras (11), até secar e formar um bloco (14).
