Abstract
USO DE ETEXILATO DE DABIGATRANA presente invenção se refere a um método para prevenção de derrame em um paciente sofrendo de fibrilação atrial, em que o paciente não tem quaisquer fatores de risco para eventos de sangramento grande, o método compreendendo administração ao paciente de uma dosagem >150 mg b.i.d. a 300 mg b.i.d. de etexilato de dabigatran, opcionalmente na forma de um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo.
