DISPOSITIVOS DE LIBERAÃÃO PROLONGADA DE FÃRMACO COM POLÃMEROS à BASE DE POLIURETANO E FABRICAÃÃO DOS MESMOS.A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de polÃmero à base de poliuretano como um dispositivo de liberação de fármaco para liberar compostos biologicamente ativos a uma taxa constante por um longo perÃodo de tempo e métodos para a fabricação dos mesmos. O dispositivo é muito biocompatÃvel e bioestável, e é útil como um implante em pacientes (seres humanos e animais) para a liberação de substâncias bioativas em tecidos ou órgãos.
