Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÃÃO DE ESOMEPRAZOL MAGNÃSIO PURIFICADO, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÃÃO DE DI-HIDRATO DE ESOMEPRAZOL MAGNÃSIO, FORMA DE CRISTAL DE ESOMEPRAZOL MAGNÃSICO, FORMA DE CRISTAL DE DI-HIDRATO DE ESOMEPRAZOL MAGNÃSICO E PREPARAÃÃO FARMACÃUTICA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de esomeprazol magnésico purificado, compreendendo as etapas de : provisão de esomeprazol magnésico, contato do dito esomeprazol magnésico com um não solvente compreendendo um componente aquoso ate um teor máximo definido por saturação de água no não solvente; e recuperação de esomeprazol magnésico purificado formada a partir da etapa de contato. O esomeprazol magnésico obtido é notavelmente puro, estável e é resistente a intercambiabilidade de forma.
