Abstract

PROCESSO DE APLICAÃÃO DE UM REVESTIMENTO DE UM MATERIAL TERMOPLÃSTICO A UM SUBSTRATO FEITO DE UM MATERIAL POLIMÃRICO. A presente invenÃ§Ã£o tem por ocobjecto um processo de aplicaÃ§Ã£o de um revestimento (17) de um material termoplÃ¡stico a um substrato (11), feito de um material polimÃ©rico, em que o referido material termo-plÃ¡stico e o referido material polimÃ©rico sÃ£o incompatÃveis, processo esse que compreende as etapas que se seguem. Em primeiro lugar, expÃµe-se o substrato e/ou o pÃ³ a uma descarga de plasma (12) ou a uma corrente de gÃ¡s reativo daÃ resultante, a fim de se obter uma camada superficial tratada com plasma (14) que introduz compatibilidade na interface entre o substrato e o revestimento. Em segundo lugar;- reveste-se a laser. (15). o substrato, com o pÃ³ (16), para formar um revestimento sobre o substrato.
