Perda da prioridade US 12/121,559 de 15/05/2008 reivindicada no PCT/US2009/043997,conforme as disposições previstas na Lei 9.279 de 14/05/1996 (LPI) art. 16 § 7°, item 28 do AtoNormativo 128/97 e no art. 29 da Resolução INPI-PR 77/2013.
