Abstract
LENTES COM TIR PARA DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE LUZ NÃO AXIALUma lente (50) para direcionar luz de um emissor de luz (49) em uma direção não axial de lado preferencial com relação ao eixo do emissor (44). A lente (50) inclui uma extremidade de base adjacente ao emissor (52) formando uma abertura (52a), uma superfície interna (54) estendendo-se a partir da extremidade de base (52) e formando umvazio (54A), uma superfície de extremidade de saída ( 57) configurada para direcionar luz (46) na direção do lado preferencial (35), e uma superfície lateral externa (57) configurada para TIR para direcionar luz na direção da superfície de extremidade de saída (57), pelo que substancialmente toda a luz do emissor (49) sai da superfície de extremidade de saída (57), predominantemente na direção do lado preferencial (35). Outro aspecto desta invenção é um aparelho de iluminação embutido (10) utilizando a lente inventiva (50).
