Abstract
MÉTODO PARA FRACIONAR GRÃOS DE MILHO E MÉTODO PARA FRACIONAR GRÃOS DE MILHO EM TRÊS FLUXOS DE FRAÇÃO DE ALTA PUREZA Um método para fracionamento de grão de milho inteiro em frações de farelo, germe e endosperma. O milho (temperado ou não-temperado) é processado através de um moinho de impacto e através de um crivador para dividir a corrente de alimentação inicial em duas ou mais correntes ou subcorrentes. As subcorrentes ou partes delas podem ser processadas através de uma pluralidade de aspiradores, moinhos de rolos e crivadores para fornecer frações de farelo, germe e endosperma em níveis de pureza desejados.
