Abstract
PAINEL VEICULAR REFORÃADO, MÃTODO PARA PREPARAR UM PAINEL VEICULAR REFORÃADO, ESTRUTURA DE CARROCERIA VEICULAR E MÃTODO PARA PREPARAR UMA ESTRUTURA DE CARROCERIA VEICULAR.Adesivos estruturais expandidos e enrijecidos formam materiais de reforço para painéis veiculares e estruturas de carroceria veicular. O adesivo estrutural enrijecido contém uma resina epóxi, uma borracha, um enrijecedor elastomérico, um agente de cura, e um agente de expansão. O adesivo estrutural expandido aumenta consideravelmente a quantidade de energia absorvida pelo painel ou pela estrutura de carroceria durante um impacto. Uma combinação de agente de sopro de um agente quÃmico de sopro com microbalões expansÃveis provê absorção de energia especialmente boa.
