PROCESSO DE LIMPEZA DE MATERIAIS METÁLICOS FERROSOS E NÃO-FERROSOS CONTAMINADOS COM FLUIDOS DE CORTE MINERAL, COM GERAÇÃO DE EFLUENTE LIQUIDO CONTENDO SOLUÇÃO QUÍMICA DE LIMPEZA E OS FLUIDOS DE CORTE MINERAL RETIRADOS DOS MATERIAIS METÁLICOS A presente invenção diz respeito a um processo para limpeza de materiais metálicos contaminados por fluidos de corte mineral, por meio de uma solução tensoativa capaz de remover os fluidos de corte de materiais metálicos, gerando uma solução de limpeza composta pelo agente de limpeza (solução tensoativa) e pelo fluido de corte mineral. A solução de limpeza por sua vez sofre tratamento térmico e possibilita que ambos fluidos de corte e a solução de limpeza sejam recuperados. A solução de limpeza recuperada retorna ao processo de limpeza de materiais metálicos, podendo ser assim utilizada em um sistema fechado. Os fluidos de corte mineral recuperados podem retornar ao ciclo produtivo para o qual são utilizados.
