Abstract

ESTRUTURA DE TRANSISTOR DO GÊNERO MOSFET. Do tipo que usa o efeito de canto para enriquecer o campo elétrico paralelo ou longitudinal decorrente da polarização entre Dreno e Fonte, sendo portanto aplicável a quaisquer tecnologias planares, tais como "Bipolar", "JFET", "MOSFET", "SOl MOSFEI", "FinFET", "Vertical/Cynthia Surroung-Gate MOSFET". Essa estrutura compreende a sobreposição de, pelo menos, três componentes de campo elétrico horizontal (longitudinal), gerados em cada interface das regiões entre Dreno/Canal e Canal/Fonte para gerar uma maior corrente de Dreno.
