Abstract
APARELHO CIRÚRGICO DE GRAMPEAR COM CARACTERÍSTICAS DE CONTROLE OPERÁVEIS COM UMA MÃO. A presente invenção se refere a um aparelho de grampeamento cirúrgico. Diversas modalidades incluem um corpo alongado giratório que se estende a partir de um recobrimento giratório em um conjunto de haste e é dotado de uma extremidade distal configurada para fixação de uma unidade de carga descartável. O aparelho adicionalmente inclui um sistema de rotação travável para travar de modo seletivo o recobrimento giratório para evitar a rotação do mesmo sobre um eixo longitudinal.
