Abstract

RETENTOR PARA COXAS DE AVES. Um dispositivo para amarrar e/ou reter as coxas de carcaças de aves em justaposição e próximas a carcaça durante o processamento, embalagem, transporte e/ou cozimento. A presente invenção, incluindo o membro de retenção das coxas pode ser construída como um membro unitário de material resiliente em forma de placa, pode incluir um par de aberturas para encaixe e retenção das coxas, uma âncora para ser presa na carcaça, e meios de ligação entre o membro de retenção das coxas e à âncora. Os membros de ligação fornecem uma força elástica para manter as coxas e assim, as patas das aves justapostas á carcaça e entre si.
