Compreendendo um dispositivo em alumínio de forma retangular, apresentando frontalmente, quatro isoladores, sendo 1 negativo- na parte superior interna. um isolador positivo. Dito dispositivo é fixado em cima do muro por um parafuso situado na parte inferior da haste- largura do muro evitando o efeito passarela e também fixado na haste, na parte interna ao muro.
