Composição Compreendendo Óleo Vegetal e Resveratrol, Processo para sua Produção e Produtos Nutracêuticos Compreendendo tal Composição. A presente invenção é um processo de obtenção de uma formulação de resveratrol e óleo de farelo de arroz. O produto resultante na forma de óleo ou de solido visa aumentar o potencial terapêutico do resveratrol pela ação sinergética dos componentes do óleo de arroz. O produto obtido através do processo da invenção é um princípio ativo que, ao ser incorporado em composições nutracêuticas, proporciona ação antioxidante, antiinflamatória, antiviral, cardioprotetora, neuroprotetora e/ou quimiopreventiva de câncer, além de proteger contra infecções e isquemia, reduzir a obesidade e prevenir as doenças do envelhecimento.
