Abstract
CÃLULA, MÃTODO DE PRODUZIR UMA PROTEÃNA HETERÃLOGA E MÃTODO DE A ENGENHEIRAR, VETOR DE EXPRESSÃO, PROTEÃNA DE INTERESSE, COMPOSIÃÃO FARMACÃUTICA, MÃTODOS PARA IDENTIFICAR UM MODULADOR, DE INIBIR OU REDUZIR A PROLIFERAÃÃO OU MIGRAÃÃO DE UMA CÃLULA, USO DE UMA PROTEÃNA DE SM OU UM POLINUCLEOTÃDEO CODIFICANDO UMA PROTEÃNA, USO DE COMPOSTO. A presente invenção refere-se ao campo de tecnologia de cultura de célula. Esta descreve um método novo para intensificar o transporte secretório de proteÃnas em células eucarióticas mediante expressão heteróloga de Munc18c, Sly1 ou outros membros da famÃlia da proteÃna de SM. Este método é particularmente útil para a geração de sistemas otimizados de células hospedeiras com capacidade de produção intensificada para a expressão e fabricação de produtos de proteÃnas recombinantes.
