Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A CRISTALIZAÃÃO DE POLÃMEROS CRISTALIZÃVEIS COM TENDÃNCIA à AGLOMERAÃÃO.A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de um polÃmero parcial-mente cristalino, o qual apresenta as seguintes etapas: preparação de uma massa em fusão de polÃmero a partir de um polÃmero cristalizável; conformação de partÃculas e solidi-ficação da massa em fusão de polÃmero, sendo que a conformação das partÃculas pode ocorrer antes ou depois da solidificação; resfriamento das partÃculas; tratamento das partÃ-culas para a redução de sua tendência à aglomeração; cristalização das partÃculas. De acordo com a invenção o tratamento por agitação ocorre em uma temperatura T1, que se situa abaixo da temperatura de transição vÃtrea do polÃmero mais 10°C, portanto, T1 < Tg + 10°C.
