Abstract

ELEMENTO SENSOR ORGÂNICO NANO E MICRO-ESTRUTURADO PARA DETECÇÃO DE VAPOR COMBUSTÍVEL. Um elemento sensor orgânico para detecção de vapor combustível que possui nano e micro-estruturação através da mistura de polímeros condutores PEDOT (1) e PSS (2) com uma molécula quinoidal VM (3). Estas constituem um filme fino orgânico (4) que é depositado por centrifugação entre e/ou sobre um canal micrométrico que separa os eletrodos metálicos (5), os eletrodos são evaporados sobre um substrato de vidro ou baquelite (6). A mistura PEDOT/PSS:VM nas proporções 2:1 e 3:1 apresentam uma estrutura morfológica propícia para a adsorção de vapores provenientes do álcool combustível e da gasolina sob temperatura e pressão ambiente, resultando no aumento da intensidade da corrente elétrica medida diretamente nos eletrodos (5) do elemento sensor.
