É descrito um dispositivo de exercÍcio que tem um fixador com múltiplos componentes. Em uma realização, o fixador inclui um ou mais componentes entrelaçados, tais como laços rígidos ou flexíveis. Laços rígidos, tais como anéis de pegas, podem vantajosamente ser utilizados para conectar diferentes componentes. As realizações permitem substituir, trocar ou adicionar componentes a um fixador do dispositivo de exercício.
