É descrito um dispositivo de exercícios que apresenta muitas características vantajosas, incluindo a capacidade de prover uma combinação de pegas ao usuário, e a capacidade de montar facilmente o dispositivo em uma parede. O dispositivo de exercícios inclui um mecanismo que permite uma faixa limitada de movimento longitudinal para um membro alongado que possui pegas. O mecanismo permite que o usuário se equilibre ao se exercitar, e provê suporte resultante do movimento excessivo do dispositivo de exercícios.
