Abstract
APARELHO DE FREIO PARA VEÃCULO SOBRE TRILHOS.à revelado um mecanismo de freio manual para um veÃculo sobre trilhos. O freio manual é operado por rotação de um de um par de volantes (70,75). A rotação do volante causa a rotação de um parafuso (62) dentro de atuador de freio (60), que, por sua vez, move uma porca (66) em uma maneira linear. O movimento de a porca faz com que um par de cabos (40 e 50) opere dois mecanismos de freio de (30), um em cada roda de um eixo (20). Cabo (50) é operado por impulsão ou tração de sua parte interna (54), enquanto o cabo (40) é operado por impulsão ou tração de seu revestimento externo (42), enquanto sua parte interna (44) é retida no atuador (60). Esta ação causa um correspondente impulsão ou tração na extremidade de mecanismo do freio do cabo.
