SISTEMA DE MOLDAGEM PARA A FABRICAÃÃO DE TUBO, E, MÃTODO PARA CONTROLAR UM SISTEMA DE MOLDAGEM DE TUBOO sistema de moldagem de tubo inclui um tampÃ£o de resfriamento separÃ¡vel e um procedimento automÃ¡tico para aliviar problemas associados a excesso de plÃ¡stico continuado a ser extrusado apÃ³s uma interrupÃ§Ã£o sÃºbita do sistema de extrusÃ£o. O tampÃ£o de resfriamento separÃ¡vel e o procedimento de interrupÃ§Ã£o inclui acomodar qualquer excesso de plÃ¡stico em um vazio criado entre o tampÃ£o de resfriamento e a extrusora. Este arranjo simplifica a remoÃ§Ã£o do excesso de plÃ¡stico e reduz o tempo necessÃ¡rio para retornar o equipamento Ã produÃ§Ã£o normal. De prefe-rÃªncia, um controlador monitora condiÃ§Ãµes operacionais do sistema e automaticamente libera o tampÃ£o de resfriamento com base nas condiÃ§Ãµes operacionais monitoradas.
