Abstract
TALHERES DE REFEIÃÃO E/OU DE SERVIR COM UMA CAMADA LIMITE MARTENSÃTICA. A invenção refere-se a talheres de refeição e/ou de servir feitos de um material de aço que é formado a partir de um núcleo ferrÃtico com uma camada limite essencialmente martensÃtica. Nos talheres de refeição e/ou de servir da invenção, a dureza de superfÃcie da camada limite, determinada conforme o teste de dureza conforme a Vickers HV 3, é, portanto, maior em 30 a 300% que a menor dureza do núcleo, igualmente medida conforme a Vickers HV 3.
