PRODUÇÃO DO HORMÔNIO DE CRESCIMENTO DE BOS TAURUS RECOMBINANTE. A presente invenção trata da produção do hormônio de crescimento bovino recombinante (rbGH) utilizando uma seqúência génica sintética e mantendo as características do hormônio de crescimento bovino natural. De acordo com a presente invenção, é utilizada uma sequência gênica sintética que utiliza côdons preferenciais e conteúdo otimizado de bases nucleotídicas GC para P. pastoris. O presente processo viabiliza a produção desse hormônio em larga escala e alta eficiência de expressão.
