Abstract
AGENTES DE LIGAÇÃO DE RECEPTOR NUCLEAR. A presente invenção se refere à nova classe de agentes de ligação de receptores nucleares (NRBAs) . Os NRBAs são aplicáveis no uso da prevenção e/ou tratamento de diversas doenças e desordens, incluindo, entre outros, a prevenção e tratamento de cânceres, tais como câncer de próstata e mama, osteoporose, doenças relacionadas a hormônio, doenças inflamatórias, doenças relativas à tensão oxidativa, tais como Parkinson e acidente vascular cerebral, desordens neurológicas, desordens oftálmicas, doenças cardiovasculares e obesidade.
