DISPOSITIVO ISOLANTE DE SUSTENTAÇÃO E DE PROTEÇÃO DE LINHAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo isolante de sustentação e de proteção de linhas, em peça única, que reúne as funcionalidades de sustentar mecanicamente os condutores, mantendo-os eletricamente isolados da estrutura aterrada bem como protegendo a linha de transmissão e as partes do sistema contra sobretensões, o dispositivo compreendendo um núcleo isolante (10) e pelo menos um anel (20) de resistor não linear, com composição a base de óxido de zinco, estando eletricamente conectado entre os terminais metálicos (30) externos, o primeiro terminal (30) sendo conectado a pelo menos um condutor e o outro terminal (30) conectado à estrutura aterrada, o referido núcleo (10) e o pelo menos um anel (20) de resistor não linear sendo ainda revestidos com material polimérico (15)
