A presente invenção refere-se, de uma maneira geral, a um processo e a uma máquina para fabricação de esponjas que compreendem um agente de limpeza. De acordo com uma primeira realização da presente invenção, o processo compreende os passos de (i) a preparação de um agente de limpeza; (ii) o aquecimento do agente de limpeza; (iii) a injeção do dito agente de limpeza em um uma esponja ou parte desta; e (iv) a secagem da dita esponja compreendendo o agente de limpeza em uma estufa.
