A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo multiplicador de vagas constituído, na sua modalidade preferencial, de pelo menos três plataformas (7) , em que cada plataforma (7) possui pelo menos quatro estruturas de reforço (3) , pelo menos quatro colunas (12) , longarinas (11), um sistema de drenagem (20) , um sistema de elevador hidráulico ou eletro-mecânico constituído por pelo menos quatro carrinhos (1) de acionamento mecânico, por cilindros hidráulicos ou fusos (9), pelo menos quatro motorredutores (16), e interligados a esse sistema estão pelo menos quatro fusos (9) localizados nas referidas colunas (12).
