Abstract
IMPLANTES SUBCUTÂNEOS DE LIBERAÇÃO DE PRINCÍPIO ATIVO EM UM PROLONGADO PERÍODO DE TEMPO. A presente invenção se refere a implantes subcutâneos obtidos mediante extrusão, contendo um ingrediente ativo disperso em uma matriz de PLGA, obtida através de moagem de um produto extrudado que consiste de uma mistura de: pelo menos dois PLGAs tendo diferentes proporções molares de ácido láctico/ácido glicólico e diferentes pesos moleculares médios ponderais, ou um PLGA e um PLA tendo diferentes pesos moleculares médios ponderais.
