Abstract
IMPLANTES SUBCUTÂNEOS DE LIBERAÇÃO DE PRINCÍPIO ATIVO EM UM PROLONGADO PERÍODO DE TEMPO. A presente invenção se refere a implantes subcutâneos obtidos mediante extrusão, compreendendo (1) micropartículas contendo um ingrediente ativo disperso em uma matriz de PLGA e, opcionalmente, micropartículas (2) consistindo do mesmo ingrediente ativo ou (2) de um diferente ingrediente ativo, preferivelmente, da mesma categoria que aquele contido em (1), todas as ditas micropartículas (1) sendo dispersas em uma matriz de PLGA (3), a qual apresenta uma temperatura de transição vítrea inferior aquela do PLGA contido em (1).
