Estruturas compostas multicamada de espuma-película nas quais as células de pelo menos uma camada de espuma têm uma orientação anisotrópica exibem pelo menos uma propriedade reforçada de tenacidade, resistência ao cisalhamento e resistência à perfuração em comparação com uma estrutura composta de espuma-película similar em todos os aspectos exceto pela orientação anisotrópica das células de pelo menos uma camada de espuma.
